Guest WiFi for your venue, without paying for add-ons

It's a busy Saturday. Every table is full, and nearly every guest has picked up their phone and joined your WiFi. For a few seconds, before they're online, you have their full attention.

Most venues waste that moment on a grey login box. The ones that don't usually pay for it twice: once for the WiFi, and again for the marketing platform that sits on top.

One plan, nothing bolted on

WiFi Sphere is a cloud controller for MikroTik guest WiFi. You connect one MikroTik, and everything below comes with it. Extra sites are £10 a month each. There are no per-guest fees, so a quiet Tuesday costs the same as a packed Saturday.

Make the first thing they see yours

Guests don't land on a generic login page. They walk through pages you've designed: tonight's menu, the quiz next Thursday, a QR code for a drinks offer, a quick thumbs up or down on their visit. Use your own photos, a GIF, or a looping video in the background. Then they tap Connect and they're online.

Know what's working

Pick a site and a date range to see who's connecting, which pages they look at and what they rate. Download it as a CSV or PDF, or have it emailed on a schedule to whoever needs it, with no logging in required.

Keep it fair, and let it earn

Turn on a daily data limit and no single phone can soak up the connection for everyone else. It resets overnight at 1:00. If a guest wants more, they can buy extra data for the day, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe or PayPal.

Safe for families, without the fuss

Switch on child-safe filtering and it covers every device on the guest network. Guests can't get around it by changing their settings, and your splash pages still work exactly as normal.

How it compares

Owners usually know the big names: Purple, AdCard, Stampede and HotspotSystem. They're good at what they do, but you often end up paying for more than WiFi.

  • Purple offers splash pages on its free plan, but data, CRM and personalised messages sit on higher plans, and paid WiFi and surveys are add-ons. Those higher plans don't have a published price.
  • AdCard runs on your router with a set layout: your words, a static background and a logo. Sign-up is optional, and there are no scheduled reports or router monitoring.
  • Stampede is a marketing platform at heart, with loyalty and review requests, sold at a flat per-venue price that isn't published.
  • HotspotSystem caps logins on its free plan, charges per location on paid plans, sells vouchers and SMS separately, and takes a fee on payments before paying you.

WiFi Sphere doesn't try to be a CRM. It's your guest network, with your pages, your reports, your data limit and your filter all on your own MikroTik, and nothing moved onto a higher tier.

The price, in plain terms

Your first MikroTik slot is included, and each extra one is £10 a month. You buy the router separately, either from our store or by using one you already have. Splash pages, reports, scheduled report emails, the daily data limit and child-safe filtering are all included, with no per-guest fees.

You shouldn't have to buy a stack of plans just to get branded WiFi that tells you something useful. With WiFi Sphere, you don't.
