Networks cannot be deleted. Archive disables the guest splash and frees a MikroTik slot.

1. Only a network admin or a controller admin can archive. The button is at the top right of Network settings.
2. Archive warns that the network will be disabled. Confirm. Guests then see “This network is not active”.
3. Reports stay available. The network remains chargeable until the end of the current billing period, and it no longer uses a live MikroTik slot.
4. Archived networks leave the live Networks groups. Open Networks → Archived to see them all.
5. Unarchive brings the splash back. That uses a slot again and is chargeable. If you are out of slots, pay for an extra unit first.
