Getting started

Create a network

Register one MikroTik, set the first Wi-Fi name and DHCP pool, then paste the script into the router.

  1. Open Networks and choose Create Network. Only a network admin can register a network.
  2. Enter the network name, the MikroTik serial, RouterOS 6 or 7, and the first Wi-Fi name (SSID).
  3. Set the DHCP start address. A prefix such as /22 fills the end address for that subnet. Lease hours is how long a guest keeps an address.
  4. Optional: add groups. Those tags become the group names in the Networks menu.
  5. Tick Show the script if you want the paste script on the next screen. Create network.
  6. If the company is out of MikroTik slots, choose extra slots and pay with Stripe. The first MikroTik is included.
  7. On the network page, copy the MikroTik config and paste it once in the router terminal. After check-in the controller finishes the rest over API.
