Keep reusable splash designs on Create Network and apply them to a network.

1. On Create Network, Splash templates lists saved designs for the company.
2. Choose a template to edit it, or New template to start a blank one. Save template stores the design.
3. On a network splash, pick a template and apply it, or save the current splash as a template so other networks can start from it.
4. Extra pages, fields, colours, and logos travel with the template. Save the network splash after you apply one.
