DHCP pools

Name address ranges, then attach them to Wi-Fi names.

  1. Open DHCP pools on the network page. hs-pool is the hotspot pool and cannot be renamed.
  2. Add pool if you need another range. Give it a short name, a start address, and either a prefix such as /22 or an end address.
  3. Lease hours is how long a device keeps that address after you save.
  4. Save pools. Then choose the pool on each Wi-Fi name. You cannot remove a pool that a Wi-Fi name still uses.
